We are currently looking for a Tech Lead for our team within Commercial Technology at Nobina. Are you a driven full-stack developer with solid experience in .NET and a passion for technical leadership? Then you might be the one we are looking for!  

About the role:  

As a Tech Lead, you will have a central role where you work on development and lead a team in the effort to further develop and improve our systems. We are working on the development of our Train Replacement System (TRIP), which manages replacement traffic during service disruptions as well as extra traffic during major events such as concerts and sports events.  

Our team always strives to improve critical traffic solutions and the user experience for both our customers and internal users. The team works agile and in close collaboration with the business and other IT departments. We have daily stand-ups and work in sprints, where everyone actively participates in solving challenges and developing new features.  

You will work together with a diverse team consisting of developers, testers, requirements analysts, and product owners. We work in a modern technical environment where we primarily use .NET, Angular, and Azure. 

Your main responsibilities:  

• Lead the team in technical and architectural matters and work on development 

• Represent the team in technical requirement discussions and technical improvements and develop solutions for both technical and business challenges  

• Continuous improvement and maintenance of our systems and applications  

• Participate in and contribute to the IT department's technology and architecture forum  

• Work and contribute in technical testing and requirements management

• Provide support and guidance to more junior developers 

Who are you? 
We believe you are an experienced developer with solid knowledge in both frontend and backend, you have a strong interest in technology and leadership and previous experience working as a Tech Lead. You are used to working in larger development projects and have experience working in agile teams. We appreciate that you have an eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.  

Furthermore, you have:  

• At least 8 years of experience as a developer  

• Previous leadership experience 

• Experience with .NET  

• Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks  

• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably with Azure 

• Relevant education in IT  

Meritorious:  

• Experience as a Tech Lead 

• Experience as an Architect 

• Experience working on larger IT projects  

• Experience with Maui/Xamarin/Mobile development
